PADMAVAT(I) IS TODAY’S HADIYA

Much hue and cry, vandalism, violence,protest  over the release of movie seem to be futile as the movie has all aspects in favour of Rajputs and glorifies their community ; rather a reverse protest can be expected in some time as Alauddin Khilji has been  shown in poor light and indirectly portrayed bisexual who enjoys company of Malik Kafur  in the movie .

Alauddin khilji faces same embarrassment to get Padmavat(i) in the movie as BJP in trying to separate Hadiya from her husband in SC over love Jihad.

Hats off to Ranbir Singh who played beast Aladdin Khilji to the best , certainly the best and most powerful/strong character of the film, who overshadows Rajput King Maharawal Ratan Singh played by Shahid Kapoor &Padmavat(i) by deepika. The only character which will linger in your mind when u r out of theatre; is Alauddin Khilji. The acting skill of Ranbeer singh beats his own past spectacular performances in movies Bajirao Mastani and Ramleela . Khilji totally put in your mind by Ranbeer by scaring and astonishing you through beast performance .

The movie has some amazing one liner such as “ Rajpur kangan mein bhi utni hi takat hoti hai , jitndi rajupti talwar mein”.

Padmavat(i) is a character Beauty with Brain which brings husband back from the possession of Khilji who kidnaps Ratan Singh on the pretext of formal meeting without weapon.

The directors in today’s hatred society have limited options when the fringe element are always on fire, its necessary  film should be watched from the prism of secular mind not from the perspective of religion. As soon as I finished the movie and put off my 3D glass to put into basket, I could hear a young man angrily saying “WHAT WAS THE NEED TO PORTRAY ALLAUDDIN KHILJI THIS  MUCH POWERFUL”

Society/viewers should accept both-(1) -In History that Alladduin Khilji was beast who was cruel to get Padmavat(i) who  changed people’s perception and degraded  Islam as he killed his uncle to get throne and later did all which was not justified.-------and (2) in present---accept the fact  that Hadiya is not victim of love jihad ; does not matter how much pressure was put on her by society and fringe elements  as her husband was vindicated through SC order .

That’s the fighting most Indians from various community are fisticuffing with system. Memories are not faded the way Hardik Patel in August  held the state government to ransom by demanding that Gujarat CMAnandiben Patel personally come to the stage at GMDC ground in Ahmedabad to receive the memorandum for Patel reservation; now same story being repeated in Haryana and the whole life has come to standstill. The Jat stir has  shaken up India Inc with Maruti having to stop production and Delhi's water supply being hit.Most of the parts In Delhi reeling under severe water crisis which is to be expected to resolve in another two weeks . The ongoing violent agitation in Haryana has already dealt an estimated blow of Rs 18,000-Rs 20,000 crore by way of loss to public and private property and halting trade, industry, small business and transport as per  Assocham and almost 16 people lost their life, and first non jat chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar being heckled .As Haryana shares borders with Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and is the transit route to a number of national highways and trunk railway lines, the collateral damage would be more.

There are few who says demand of quota by jats is fine but violent way adopted by them is wrong , others claim from the blocked NH 1 that Violence is the core key and only way to get your voice heard otherwise nobody hears you out  .Jats in Haryana comprise 25% of the state's population and dominate one-third of the state's 90 assembly constituencies. Jats were not included in OBC lists (both in states and centre) when reservations were given to socially and educationally backward communities after the 1993 Indira Sahwney case. During NDA 1 Rajasthan was the first state to give reservations to Jats in state services ( Jats of all dists except Dhaupur and Bharatpur).over the years  quota demand amongst Jats in other states gained ground. Jats of other states including UP, Haryana and Delhi were also granted quota by state govt's of the respective states.the haryana quota was challenged in the HC where it remains pending. in the meantime UPA towards the fag end of the tenure approved reservations to Jats in central services.the order of the central govt was struck down by the SC.THUS Jats in Haryana have not benefitted from reservations both in state and central govt jobs.This explains the tension which has been festering for a while now.The Jat agitation is part of a nationwide pattern where dominant upper castes are increasingly demanding downward caste mobility and reservation benefits. Patels in Gujarat, Kapus in Andhra Pradesh and Marathas in Maharashtra all have similar reclassification demands.Even Ahoms in Assam want ST status. These movements reflect two underlying trends.The first reservation to go was the central one, when the SC struck it down in March 2015 saying Jats did not appear to need the benefits. It also referred to the advice of the National Commission for Backward Classes that recommended the demand for quotas be rejected.Later in July, the Punjab and Haryana high court stayed the state quota as well. Haryana’s 2013 decision to give benefits to Jats took the total proportion of reservation to 57% -- flouting a 1992 SC order that said quota benefits should not take up more than 50% of available jobs and college seats

The big question is the caste which was not considered backward in 1992 by mandal commission how it can be considered backward after 24 years from then , time has come to review ,modify , lift or implement reservation in way most needed should get benefit of it and no one should be at receiving end due to wrong implementation of it.

At a time when rating agencies like Moody giving thumps up to Inida …its time to  go forward but its really unfortunate of India that inspite of going forward we want to go backward and to more extent political parties aspiration to remain is responsible for this.

Let the reservation be necessity not luxury. One goes ahead in the life and achieves due to his talent and ability not reservation.

I was all set to leave for an office at 09.00 PM as my night shift
started .before I could really put on my shirt and jeans….. I got a
call from a young and beautiful reporter who is in her thirties saying
that----
“sundaram, I am watching chennai express with my family …and tomorrow
I have to do a live on “84 kosi ki yatra “ sponsored by BJP and
broadcasted by VHP(Vishwa Hindu Parishad) and politics behind the
curtain from an location of UP Border. Would you please send me
details ?”

Its always hard to turn down a request from a beautiful girl. I am
sure you would agree?
People who are from English background its hard nut to crack for them
to know,What is “KOSH” ….in their language its better to say what the
fuck is this-“84 KOSI YATRA?”
TO know what actually is -“84 KOSI YATRA” I decided to call up my
grandfather who is priest in one of temple in jaunpur (UP) and 84
years old.
My grandfather told me over phone -
The 84-Kosi Yatra is a tradition that has been there for thousands of
years with the belief that it gives deliverance to the performer from
the cycle of 84-Lakh Yonis (the cycle of birth and death).
According to Hindu belief, the king of Ayodhya Dashrath performed the
"yagna" in the "treta period" at a place in Makhurha in Basti district
of UP which included circumnavigating the six districts in the region.

Some religious leaders believe that the right place to start the
parikrama should be Basti instead of Ayodhya.

According to some, the dates for 84-Kosi Yatra are fixed and takes
place in the month of Chaitra.
There are other parikramas (circumnavigating) which are equally famous
like Kamadgiri
I asked a next question to my grand father that what all are the
districts which would be covered in “84 KOSI KI YATRA”?
He told me - Basti ,Faizabad, Barabanki, Gonda, Ambedkarnagar, and Bahraich.

After talking to my grandfather I boarded metro and reached office
….there I caught a conversation between two anchors – a male and

Let me tell u why this “84 KOSI YATRA” is a politica move but not religious --

Why VHP is not starting 84 kosi ki yatra from BASTI? Which is a
traditional an actually place where Lord Ram’s father Dashrath
performed YAGH and started “84 kosi parikrama”?
If SP was so much secular in its credentials then why it few days
back held a meeting with VHP leaders which lasted for more than three
hours? was there anything cooking between mulayam singh yadav and VHP
leaders .after the meeting, a delegation of Hindu saints declared that
SP chief Mulayam Singh had agreed to convince the Muslim leaders,
clerics and ulemas to pave way for the construction of a grand Ram
temple at the disputed site in Ayodhya.

The move of Mulayam and Akhilesh Yadav is being called a brilliant
political action to polarize the Muslim votes in their favour or not
to let members of Muslim community think of the Congress as an
alternate when Narendra Modi is BJP’s undeclared prime ministerial
candidate. For the record, the Samajwadi Party leaders deny that.

The appointment of BJP national general secretary Amit Shah as UP
in-charge proves this point. Shah, during his first visit to the state
had said, "I have prayed that we together build a grand Ram temple in
Ayodhya as soon as possible and restore Lord Ram to his rightful
place."

Does not this sound strange that Modi takes on VHP in his home state
on the issue of razing temples but chooses to keep mum on the 84-kosi
yatra.

the yatra by VHP in UTTAR-PRADESH .I heard on televisions that the
state government has imposed Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure
Code in the six districts – Faizabad, Barabanki, Gonda, Ambedkarnagar,
Basti and Bahraich - that fall on the yatra route.
AYODHYA has been turned into a fortress….Togadiya ,Ashok singhal and
other senior VHP leaders have been arresred. The tension has been
defused. The Mulayam singh government has come out as a secular party
in the eyes of minority

after the Samajwadi Party clamped down on the the VHP supporters

Me and my friend Ajay ( name changed)we both are admirer of narender modi;but he is more than me.He recently got selected for Intelligence bureau (IB) and posted to Gujarat's Vadodra district and i am by a profession a small journalist who works in news channel on desk in New Delhi. i saw how people inside news channels are crazy to pick any news which is related to modi. if Modi tweets it becomes news.....if he pronounces NAMO it becomes news......one day our channel decided to take calls from public for the show Modi vs Rahul 2014?
a caller from kashmir named IRFAN called and said that "Modi could have been projected as a PM and won had he not committed Gujarat riot sin in 2002,i as a muslim will never accept him as a PM candidate."
the moment this caller hanged up we received a second call ......it was from Bengal......the caller in his Bengali English said--if today Modi is projected as a PM then it is only due to Gujarat riot.it was riot which famed him across the country.so riot is positive point for modi....

It was 10.30 am of night shift...i was running late .... my boss gave me an assignment saying that Modi is very popular lets make a show on him. i agreed and started doing research and came across with some astonishing fact.

Will Jagan repeat 1983?

 The Byelection in Andhra Pradesh on June 12 will decide the fate of congress in State; and authority over central leadership in Delhi as Andhra Pradesh contributes 42 Lok Sabha seats .

                                          Is congress afraid of Jagan Mohan  Reddy ,or it feels that ot will be able to get Jagan  afraid by CBI?  Will  upcoming corruption allegation  on Jagan Reddy by CBI  boomerang  congress ?or  will it  really give people a sense that YSR’s son is really corrupt whom they consider their messiah as CBI accuses him of amassing wealth disproportionate to his known sources of income during his late father Y S Rajasekhara Redd’s tenure as chief minister between 2004 and 2009.Will jagan be able to give congress smashing  reply by sweeping june 12 by election? Within a couple of days after Jagan’s arrest , Jagan’s mother Y S Vijayalakshmi picked up the baton left by his son and led the campaign from the front. Jagan’s mother is accompanying her daughter Sharmila in electioneering .Political observer have started comparing Vijayalakshmi and sharmila with Congress President Sonia Gandhi and her daughter Priyanka Gandhi .  Jagan’s mother is getting sympathy from the voters. what is particularly attracting the crowds to her meeting is the presence of Sharmila.

Whatever the  current situation in ANDHRA PRADESH is , its akin to 1983 lets see how?  Byelection which will be held on June 12 ,one for Lok Sabha seat and 16 for Assembly seat are as crucial as the 1983 general election were, which saw the emergence of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) led by N T Rama Rao who was an actor turned politician. Andhra Pradesh was carved out of Madras state in 1953. Since the state came in existence congress ruled Andhra Pradesh from 1953 to 1983 but their pleasure was marred by N T Rama Rao who floated TDP in 1982 and  sweeped election in 1983 by winning over 200 seats in the 294 seat State Assembly against 56 seats by the congress party. To win the assembly election  against congress was not a cake walk for NTR(N T Rama Rao)in that time. To promote the Telgu Desam Party ,Rama Rao travelled across the state of Andhra Pradesh ,crossing all the districts ,in his van dubbed ‘’Chaitanya Ratham’’(Chaitanya means bringing to life or movement).With his son Hari Krishna as a driver NTR travelled for 75,000 km during his 1982 campaign .With TDP tasting a landslide victory , congress received a set back as it was ousted from the power after 30 years.

Currently 2012,N T RAMA RAO ‘s  ’Chaitanya Ratham’’ yatra is being compared to ‘’Odarpu Yatra’’  Which helped Jagan Mohan garner the support of his father’s base. In Odarpu yatra he travelled for 265 days, met 700 families in 5152 villages, 114 towns and 13 districts ,covering more than 17,430 km of the state which gathered him huge support. On June 12 the byelection will be held on 18 assembly seats -16 of which were with  congress so the congress’s prestige is at stake as it was in 1983.  June 12 , byelection, to an extent will clear the picture how much bigger following  YSR congress has in Andhra Pradesh. it is also a semifinal before 2014 final. Inspite of several road blocks in way ,there are other reasons as well which are giving hard time to UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi.  Jagan’s growing popularity in state is one of them. Here are few alarming bells for congress-

    Post Jagan’s arrest , one MLA has already quit the congress to join YSR congress. On May 30, Bobbili MLA S.K Ranga Rao resigned .

    Things can only get worse for the congress. Andhra Pradesh is crucial for UPA: it contributed 29 seats to UPA -1 and 33 to UPA-2.

    The Congress government in the state is also its only single –party regime in south India .Its fight for the survival for the congress.

      With congress in office for the past eight years, there is a strong feeling of anti-incumbency that goes well beyond the Jagan factor .the votes will split between the TDP and the YSR Congress. the Scheduled Castes ,especially the Malas, and the  Christians are also backing the YSR congress.

When Jagan Mohan Reddy undertook his yatra he was dictated by Congress high command  to give up the  yatra  in mid way but he remained defiant. In between ,the jagan promoted Sakshi tv channel  and sakshi newspaper ,which had been continuously criticizing the then  Andhra Prdesh Chief Minister and congress leadership at Delhi. Ever since YSR died in a helicopter crash on September 2,2009 , differences have multiplied between Jagan and Congress President Sonia Gandhi .He wanted to be Chief minister .She wanted him to wait .When politics stepped in so did the CBI. The agency did not investigate any case when YSR did all that jagan is accused of doing now. Congress’s legislator P. Shankar Rao filed a PIL in Andhra Pradesh High Court seeking a CBI probe into Jagan’s assets on November 21,2010 days later,he became the state’s handlooms and textiles minister.

If the claims are concerned jagan’s assets rose from Rs 36 lakh in 2003-04 to Rs 356 crore , a 1000 fold increase within a space of eight years. Jagan may be guilty of disproportionate assets but the question is why CBI and Congress had not pointed finger at Jagan mohan reddy when his father was alive? The noose tightened more harder on Jagan’s neck  when he parted ways from congress and decided to float his own party.

The thing which has to be observed is –will jagan get emotional support from  voters  in the name of his father’s death and his recent arrest by CBI? Or will people vote for congress ignoring YSR’s contribution to build and flourish the state from a long time, who really brought the poors of Andhra to justice?  But the question remains same will jagan repeat 1983?

Who killed the lok-bill-BJP,CONGRESS ,TEAM ANNA or U & ME ?

“we have drafted the best bill ever came to loksabha .the government cant not eschew the promise which it made to the  country on 16^th august by handing over a letter cum sense of the house to us which promised to full-fill our three key demands. a)citizen charter to be a integral part of lokpal.b)bring lower bureaucray under the purview of lokpal bill.c)PM to be brought under lokpal bill.’’was spoken by one of team anna’s prominent member.

There is no point in turning a  toothless bill into constitutional body, its like awarding an fugitive with PARAMVEER CHAKRA.PM has been put under the purview of lokpal bill but he can’t be prosecuted in matters of external relation, internal matter or atomic energy .its again like breastless mother is asked to breastfeed her child.

Was team anna’s suggestion inadequate  for wiping out corruption from country?.if not then why government accepted demands and assured them of incorporating it in strong lokpal bill.the government which says it can keep a close eye on 25 million facebook users and 10 crore google users found itself incompetent to  put 50 lakh group c employees under lokpal on the pretext of not possible for government to observe this number amount of people. lokpal was supposed to be an independent body to tackle corruption of society most prominent of then was top politicians of india such as PM,HM & FM. but government put all rights in its control whether to appoint lokayukta or depose him. no doubt toothless lokpal body would be negatively exercised by govt as it does with CBI. in fact government  was not trying to amend the bill rather it made an effort to make lokpal puppet in hands of government.team anna called the  bill worse than previous one which was presented in AUGUST.

BJP in whole fiasco is a major player in safe game and have been alleged of concentrating and fomenting TEAM ANNA for negative campaign against congress in five states assemble electons. well away from lokpal whatsoever development are taking place as the whole year revolved around letter ‘’C’’ congress and corruption; it is paving way for BJP 2014 victory a final. Shanwaz hussain is heard on television saying ‘’congress is making rod for its own back’’ .as team anna has right to present its view so do BJP therefore their stand on lokpal may be political but they can’t be blamed.

team anna has been alleged of being dictating parliament in terms of clauses of lokpal bill. ‘’Inko bill lana hi padega.............’’-anna hazare .just imagine where the clash between team anna and government has gone.allegations are doing rounds of newspaper- KIRAN BEDI and A.Raja matches to same level of scrutiny of corruption ;anna hazare is RSS agent;kejriwal is TAX CHOR;shanti and prashant bhusan are hand in gloves with U.P government.the ve big question ‘’why all allegation came when anna launched  campaign against corruption.the most prominent one ‘’tum sir se pair tak bhrashtachar me dube hue ho’’ and later manish  tiwari apologized for his comments. I say why he apologized if he had once put a aggressively allegation on him deliberately . in a same manner as digvijay singh says why ‘’ramdev broke his fast if he had gone on fast onto death’’.  

 Govenent says it does not want to outwork accordance with law and parliament dignity.The bill was pending in loksabha since last 44 years who  brought it back again in loksabha. it was not anna hazare……it were you and we who came out on the street in uncounted numbers protested peacefully. the whole country seemed backing team anna’s bill as TIHAD JAIL became tahrir square for a moment .government who arrested him was ready to release him without any condition .was it unde rules?.did it toe the line of parliament dignity when government send sense of house to ramila?was not it a starting of making a law from road?now the govt asserts laws not to be maid from the road?just imagine what had have happened if lakhs of people would have gathered at MMRDA ground and more than that on jantar mantar for peaceful protest ?would not strong bill have been passed?this time who killed the bill?.i dought whether it was you or me because I was busy in my room in taking lunch and u in your office?we took off when there was a cricket world cup final 2011?no one said ,still almost 80% people took to road.We actually don’t care …….who is fasting? …..why is he fasting?......why one leaves his IRS job? Why one does not care of his IIT kharagpur tag?inspite of having 65% youth in our country ,a 72 year old person has to go on fast ;will he be benefited from this bill?the real pain killer of eradicating corruption is U & me.dont u think so? I would finish it off  by quoting prasoon joshi’s line ‘’itna kyon sote hain hum,itna lamba itna gahra beshudh kyon sote hain hum……aakhir kab jagenge hum?its been 44 years of slumber ,no more sleep now.
